Our story begins in a small town
After cooking bar-b-que at the Brownsville Dairy Creem for 23 years and earning numerous awards for Best BBQ, Jonathan Cain stepped out on his own. Our chef began in a concession trailer serving his town famous bar-b-que and ribs at local festivals and caterings. After establishing his name, he moved into his current location serving up the same delicious bar-b-que.
perfection takes time
Our Boston butts are cooked over charcoal for eight to ten hours, while being closely monitored by our chef and pit master. We also serve up a delicious Sliced Brisket Sandwich, which is slowly cooked over charcoal for about twelve hours. While all of this is perfected, we throw together thick, juicy 100% Angus burgers cooked over charcoal as well.
Be sure to purchase a bottle of our made-in-house bar-b-que sauce that will compliment almost any meal.
